TITTEMORE, Patricia (nee Denyer)

May 9, 1929 – June 24, 2019
Pat was born to Augusta and Alfred Denyer in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with her best friend and fraternal twin, Joan. She also shared her childhood with brother Al and sisters Marjorie and Betty.
She graduated from the Saskatoon City Hospital School of Nursing in 1950 and it was there that she met her lifelong love and partner Del, who was a resident doctor.
They moved to Banff, Alberta in 1953 where they raised their 5 children Donna, Tom, Joan, Bill and Brian. Patricia was pre-deceased by her two youngest sons Bill and Brian as well as siblings Al and Marj.
Besides creating a warm, loving home and many fabulous meals and desserts, Pat was actively involved in community volunteer work and recreational activities from which she developed many lifelong friendships.
In 1980, she and Del moved to Cochrane where she continued to be involved in the community and local Anglican diocese. In 2016, Canmore became her final home.
A small family service and interment will take place on Thursday, July 4 in Cochrane. A Celebration of her life is being planned for October in Canmore.
Pat’s beautiful smile and gentle spirit will be missed.
Arrangements entrusted to Cochrane Country Funeral Home, Florence (Flo) Simpson, Funeral Director. Ph: 403-932-1039.
