He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Jimmie, daughters Dawn Nash (Michael Jeffrey), Kelly Medd and Patti (Ken) Faulkner. He was the proud grandpa to Kaylyn Demyen, Jared Nash, Evan and Brilee Medd, and Brendan and Shea Faulkner. Ted was also blessed with two great grandsons Jacob and Carter Demyen. Due to health reasons Ted retired as captain from the Calgary Fire Department in 1988. He always said it was the best job and loved going to work. Ted was a very loved man and will be dearly missed.

Our thoughts are with you at this time. We are sorry for your loss, Ted was a good man. I remember him painting the interior of one of the trailers at the Tiny Holden Brownie Camp. Take care of yourself and your family.
