It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Alan Wilson at the Bethany Care Center in Cochrane at the age of 70 years.
His loss is deeply felt by his loving wife Marcia, children Gaynor and Nick, son-in-law Dave Levisky, and grandchildren Wilson and Isabelle.
Alan was born in England and moved to Canada with his family in 1974. Alan loved outdoor activities, the mountains, dancing, serving his community through the Crossfield Lions club and attending church. Alan will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
A celebration of Alan’s life will be held at the Balzac United Church on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 3:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cochrane Bethany Care Center (302 Quigley Drive Cochrane, Alberta T4C1X9 or www.bethanycare.com ) where compassionate nurses and care aids took such great care of him in the last few years of his life.
