Victor made his last and final ride on the morning of August 24th.
In his younger years he was a mechanic and auctioneer. Later in life he took his license to become a stylist and barber. This career lasted 38 years. Victor’s proudest memory at this career was that he was able to donate his time and skills at the women’s shelter in Calgary. He was able to give something to them to make them feel better about themselves.
Victor loved the cowboy lifestyle where he could be with horses and ride for miles.
Victor will be deeply missed and forever loved by his soulmate Gloria. They shared many memories for 17 years. He will also be missed by his son Konnard (Lyndsay) and granddaughter McKenzie, his friend Wayne (Lynne) and family who were always there to talk to when he needed a friend, Neilson and the boys at the Cochrane Hitch Shop where coffee was drank and world problems solved, Mike at Tony’s Western Wear where new boots and shirt styles were discussed, and Jim and Sandi Kinch and family who were longtime friends.
At Victor’s request, there will be no service.
Goodbye my cowboy. You will be loved and missed forever.
You are now where grass is knee deep and horses and cattle are plentiful
