Trudy leaves behind her loving husband Ed, and her siblings Stien (Henry) Jonker, Andrew (Fay) Biesbroek, Ed (Anne) Biesbroek, Hank (Terry) Biesbroek and Yolanda (John) Bosma. Trudy was predeceased by her mother Fenna (Kok) in 2014 and her father Gysbert in 1993. She also derived great joy as Aunt to nineteen nephews and nieces, and Great Aunt to twenty more.
Trudy was born in Edmonton on May 6, 1957 and grew up in Calgary. She met and married Ed in 1988 and moved to Cochrane, where together they made their home until the present. She travelled the world, and her life was filled with the love of family and friends, and was lived to the fullest.
Trudy was a selfless and loving woman, who has left an indelible and enduring positive mark on all who had the privilege to know her. She will be sorely missed by her husband, her family, her friends and her neighbours.
A celebration of Trudy’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, July 25th, 2014 at the Cochrane Alliance Church, 902 Glenbow Drive, Cochrane, AB.
