It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our beloved Jack. He spent the majority of his life in the Cochrane community. Jack worked as a sales rep for Moirs Plough Canada & John A. Butler for a number of years. After that he purchased Cleanspot Laundromat. While he owned that he got a job as a Guard at Cochrane, RCMP. He was there for 18 years and was diagnosed with cancer.
Jack is survived by his wife Marj of 47 years, son Ron & daughter-in-law Lori, daughter Michelle & granddaughter Stephanie, sister Doreen & brother-in-law Jim & sister Marjorie. Several nieces & nephews. His special niece & nephew Sandy & Jim. He was predeceased by his father, mother, sister Francis, brother George & brother-in-law’s John & George.
A memorial will be held at the Dog Pound Community Centre on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 1:00 till 4:00 pm.
