Roberta passed away suddenly at the Foothills Hospital, on Tuesday October 9th, 2012 She is lovingly remembered by her dear husband Cliff of 38 years, her beloved sons Allen (Norma) Buettner, and Jay Freeman. Grandchildren: Blake, Grayson, Dawn, Michael, and Colin. Many Great Grandchildren , two sisters Joyce (Gordon)Brautitam, and Shirley (Cleo) Jurgens, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Roberta’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 13th, 2012 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No.15, 114 – 5th Avenue West, Cochrane, with Reception to follow. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Roberta’s memory may be made directly to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation, 100, 119 – 14 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta T2N 1Z6, or www.heartandstroke.ab.ca .
