Stewart Laing of Jaffray, British Columbia and Hanna, Alberta, passed away on October 7th, 2013 at the age of 52 years. He was born to Doug and Anna Laing May 12th, 1961 in Calgary, Alberta. Stewart graduated from Cochrane High in 1979 and SAIT Polytechnic in 1987. He was married to Annie Laing on September 12th, 1987. Stewart is survived by his wife, Annie, and children; Megan and Stephanie, mother, Anna, brothers; George and Roger, and predeceased by his father, Doug, and brother Gordon.
A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church, 128 – 1st Street East, Cochrane, Alberta on Friday October 18th, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
