It is with great sadness that the family of Rosemary Johnsen announces her passing on October 13, 2020, at the age of 86 years.
Rosemary was a native Calgarian, and was beloved by all. She was predeceased by her husband Jack (Johno) in 2011, her brothers Jack and Don, and sisters Carol and Shirley. She is survived by her sons Michael (Donna), Murray (Wendy), brother Gerry (Ann), her grandchildren Cody and Amanda, and her great grandchildren Jackson and Hailey
Rosemary had a full and rewarding life, working as a bookkeeper mostly.
Retirement years took Jack and Rosemary to Campbell River B.C. and Apache Junction AZ, where they made many lifelong friends, but Calgary was always home.
We would like to thank the staff and medical professionals at the Rockyview Hospital, Trinity Lodge, and Chinook Care Centre for their care of our beloved mother.
At Rosemary’s request, there will be no service.
Donations to the MS Society of Canada would be appreciated.
