Bryan Jules Ancelet of Calgary passed away peacefully on February 25, 2020 at the age of 71 years.
Bryan will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife Terri, daughter Jolene (Ryan) grandchildren Maddy and Thomas, stepchildren and step grandchildren Mike (Cooper and Chloe), Lynn (Jude), and his sister Noreen Belitz (Rae). He will also be dearly missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and many close friends. Bryan was predeceased by his daughter Jan, mother Elsie, father Albert, and brothers Lyle and Trevor.
After 32 years of dedicated service, Bryan retired as a Captain of the Calgary Fire Department in 2003. Along with numerous hobbies, Bryan was an avid hunter, fisherman, hockey player and golfer. Bryan was always there to lend a hand and give his support to anyone in need.
The family would like to thank everyone who enriched our dear husband, father and grandfather’s life.
Due to current restrictions, a Celebration of Bryan’s Life will
now take place at a later date
at The Royal Canadian Legion – Centennial Calgary Branch 285, located at 9202 Horton Rd. SW Calgary, Alberta. Please watch for announcements when that is confirmed.
