It is with solemn spirit that the family of Clarence Aitkens informs you of his passing to new life during the early morning of April 15. He passed with peace and dignity; there was no suffering.
Clarence is survived by his brother; Burpee Aitkens (Colleen Kelly) of Kelowna BC, four sisters; Juanita Bradley of Nepean, ON, Amilene Squires (Barry) of Dartmouth NS, Cathy Aitkens, Joanne Squires (Randy) of Pleasant Harbour NS, several nieces, nephews, cousins, special friend Myrtle DeBoice and the many friends he made though out his lifetime.
He loved living at Westbourne Seniors Residence and the family is grateful to residents and staff for the love and friendship he found there. May your own life be filled with as much love.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate Clarence’s 80 years of life, will take place at Westbourne Seniors Residence, Social Room (877 – 64 Avenue N.W., Calgary ) on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. For further information please call (403) 695-9167. Interment of his cremated remains will take place at a later date in Nova Scotia.
