Our memories of you and the rest of the Barkley family at Lake Boshkung and Algonquin park as well as many others will never be forgotten. Love, cousin Julie and Brian
Linda, you will be missed. Wishing your family much love. I wish we could have known each other more as adults. My deepest condolences.
David, Mike and families. I’m so sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. I have so many memories of Linda over the years working at Cochrane High together. She was a proud Mom and Grandma who loved to share stories of her family. She was your biggest fan – especially on the baseball diamond. You will miss her so much. My deepest condolences at this sad time.
Thinking of you David, Michael (and families) as well as my Aunts Sharon and Wendy and sending much love at this sad time. I’ll hold on to the happy memories I have of my Aunt Linda. Love, Katherine
Probably never got the accolades you deserved for all of the fine work you did both at CHS and in Morley. l could have never done all of the work we did at Morley Community School if you had not been there to organize us-something you did exceptionally well. A life well lived and work well done.
Hi David and family, I went to school with you, and live a few doors down from your mom now. I’m so sorry for your loss, may she Rest In Peace. ❤️
I was so very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She loved you and your families and especially loved spending time with you. My years at CHS with Linda will always be remembered. Thinking of you and your families at this difficult time.
David, Michael and families I am sorry for the loss of your mom/grandmother. I did not know your mother but her obituary caught my eye as I am from Stratford and now live in Cochrane. I went to Stratford Collegiate in the 1950’s and on of my teachers was Mr. Barclay. Just wondered if he was your mothers dad.
David and Michael, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. She loved to talk about you boys and it goes without saying how much she loved you. I worked closely with Linda and appreciated all she did for me on a daily basis, she was such a team player. I certainly have thought of her often since leaving the High School. She will be missed, she made the world a better place.
I was so sorry to hear that Linda had passed away. I knew Linda briefly at CHS and she made a lasting impact. I respected her work ethic and integrity. I know she will be missed. I love the photo you attached – she looks perfect!
David and Michael and families. Our deepest condolences to you all. I am so sorry I could not attend her service but know that she would have been remembered as a wonderful person with a great sense of humour and a great work ethic. I know we always had a good laugh together whenever we had a get together at CHS. She will certainly be missed and know she was proud of her boys and extended families. Thinking of you and your families on this day!!
