It is with deep sadness that we announce that Ray Lambert of Cochrane passed away on May 24, 2018 at the Foothills Medical Center in Calgary.
Ray will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Sharon of 56 years and 4 children; his son Byron Lambert; daughters Triva ( Vic) Lubky, Terra Lambert, Randeen (Mathew) Michalko. 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
A Celebration of Ray’s Life will take place at the Cochrane Country Funeral Home (#6, 402 Railway Street West, Cochrane, AB) on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Internment at the Cochrane Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cochrane Humane Society.

Sharon and family so sorry to hear about Ray we hope you find comfort in knowing that his kindness and love for you will help in the coming days.May the memories you share keep him close and help you through this hard time.
Mark and I (Lolly) was so shocked and deeply saddened today hearing Ray’s passing. We are so very sorry we miss Rays funeral. Ray was such a kind and gentle spirit. I remember during Rays walk every morning snow or rain with his dog Ray always try to stop to chat and say Hi. He would talk about the prime minister, his old dog, cars these days that doesn’t last long, and I agree. We will forever miss his great smile and his presence around our neighborhood at Mitford, the school bus stop and by the river path.
