BRYANT, Stephen K.

November 20, 1957 – April 15, 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Stephen K. Bryant announces his sudden passing on April 15th 2019 at Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB, in his 62nd year.
Stephen will be deeply missed and forever remembered by many; his loving wife and best friend of 40 years, Marilyn (nee McLachlan); his dear children, daughter Diane Horton (Clif) of Markham and son David (Chris) of Toronto; his mother Barbara of Dorchester; his siblings Robert (Susan) of Mt. Brydges, Cheryl Orr of London, and Chris (Susan Taylor) of Canmore. Stephen will also be remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Stephen is predeceased by his father Robert and brother-in-law Mike Orr.
Stephen enjoyed traveling, fishing and playing hockey and he especially loved helping out the less fortunate in Calgary and making them smile. Stephen will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. At Stephen’s request there will be no funeral service.
Arrangements entrusted to Cochrane Country Funeral Home, Florence (Flo) Simpson, Funeral Director. Ph: 403-932-1039.

So sorry to hear about Stephen. Julie sent me the funeral notice – take care!
Steve, I am deeply saddened that you had to leave us so soon. You had eyes to see and you helped so many Calgarians and beyond with your mind, heart and soul. “By your fruits you will Know them”. You indeed wanted to make this world a better place and your deeds showed it!
Bless Marilyn and their two children and all others. May they continue Steve’s journey of planting seeds and shedding the light in darkness.
We have all been hypnotized through intentional ignorance and I know Steve had ideas about expanded thinking and opening the hearts of men and women.
Remember we are made in the likeness and the image of the Divine. If we only understood our power.
Blessings to all who want to reshape, relearn and create a world based on: respect, love, health, joy and even bliss.
Bless you two, Marilyn and Stephen. Stephen has always tried to help the other man and he was always with a smile, what a great person he was to all. Please take care and we will never forget Stephen, he was a strong presence and a very considerate man.
