Uncle Brian was a funny, mischievous, life-loving man. He had a twinkle in his eye, especially when he spoke of his beloved PEI. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

To Brenda and Aimee: the care and dedication with which you loved Brian was TREMENDOUS. Our hearts are with you both, and with the whole Blakeney family, in this difficult time. Sending you both all our love–now and always. <3

Brian was a soft spoken man, with a very kind and gentle soul. I appreciate so much how he welcomed me into his family without question and I enjoyed every visit Jason and I had with him, Brenda and Aimee. Thanks to Brenda and Aimee for taking such great care of him, being surrounded by his best friend and his hero no doubt made his journey easier. My thoughts are with all of Brian’s family. Forever in my heart. ~ Judy

What a beautiful tribute and so touching. Very fitting, as Brian was a beautiful soul and touched many people’s lives throughout his life.. Some day we shall meet again in heaven.. Maybe he will be playing the harp!!
