BIDULKA, Kinsley Brynn

May 5, 2022 – May 26, 2022

Kinsley Brynn Bidulka went to be with the Lord on May 26, 2022.  She was our beautiful little fighter, enduring so much, so bravely.

Kinsley was born on May 5, 2022, to parents Byron and Meagan Bidulka of Cochrane, Alberta.  Kinsley spent her short three weeks of life at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton.  Only five days after birth, Kinsley survived the Norwood Procedure, an extensive open heart reconstructive surgery to repair a known heart defect. Due to further heart defects discovered in subsequent days, Kinsley persevered through a second open heart surgery.  During her stay at the Pediatric Cardiac ICU, Kinsley quickly became a much adored and popular patient for two more weeks before taking her last breath in the arms of her parents on May 26, 2022.

Kinsley met her two older sisters, Charlotte and Molly, who loved bringing her a special teddy bear and riding the hospital elevators during their visit.   Many doctors, nurses, and hospital staff fell in love with our little Kinsley and assured us that many lives have, and will be, changed because of hers.

God created Kinsley with a purpose, and He will fulfill that purpose in this life and the next (Psalm 138:8).   Although her life on earth was short, she was dearly loved for every minute.  Her parents and sisters could not be prouder of their daughter and sister.

A Funeral Service will be held for Kinsley on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 10:00 am at Cochrane Alliance Church (902 Glenbow Dr. Cochrane, AB).

Arrangements entrusted to Flo Simpson, Funeral Director

Dear Helen and Morris and family. We were saddened to read about the passing of Kinsley. As you may already know that our son Glenn also passed away. We share in your sorrow. Our hope in the Lord and He will carry us through this dark period in our lives. With our sincere sympathy.
