73 my good friend. Amateur radio brought us together during high school days with many good and fun memories. Reconnecting some eight years ago was a great experience. Your friendship will not ever be forgotten.

Jane and Laurel, it is with much sadness that I send my love and best wishes. Like Marshall & Donna, I was happy to reconnect with Steve via email. I spent many happy hours visiting Steve at his parents’ home in W. Falls in high school. I was always welcome and remember great meals and fellowship there. I was delighted when Jane and Steve visited me in Anacortes, WA a couple of years ago. I will remember Steve and his delightful sense of humor the rest of my days.

    Love, Lee

Dear Jane and Laurel. It is with great sadness that I read of Steve’s passing on Saturday. He has been a valued colleague and we always had very enjoyable and wide-ranging chats when we had occasion to talk. Truly, he was a leader in establishing private practice in psychology as a viable career option in Calgary and in Alberta, both taking the risk to try it when no others were doing so and achieving great success in his practice. I will be unable to attend the memorial service on Wednesday but my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
