Phyllis Fairburn passed away at age of 91 years. She was predeceased by husband, Meno Fairburn. She is survived by: Son, Terry Dembisky (Dee), grandchildren, Holly, Caitlyn, Shane, Shawn, Terry Lynn (Jason) great grandchildren, Blayke and Keinyn. Daughter, Kat Nelson (Chuck), granddaughter, Misty (Brad). Son, Bob (Audrey), grandsons, Chris and Tim (Ashley) and great grandson, Smith.
Born in Scobey, Montana to Wasyl and Mary Karpa, she had many moves throughout Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan, before she finally settled in Calgary. She had many stories to tell of her years on the farm as a girl growing up and of her travels with her husband, Meno. Phyllis was a hard worker. She loved to garden, quilt and crochet and do jigsaw puzzles.
At her request,there will be no funeral service.
