Alfred Dilk, age 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 22, 2019, in Calgary, Alberta. He was born September 3,1941 to Johann and Katharina (Konrad) Dilk. He was an accomplished bricklayer and took pride in the structures that he created. His happiest moments were when he was working outside, with a view of the mountains, taking care of his animals. He is survived by his sister, daughters and grandchildren.
As Alfreds’ request there will be no funeral. He will be brought back to the place that he loved the most, where he can find peace.
Life does not always present us with positive experiences but it is up to all of us to learn from those and turn them into what should have been.
The result could be a life with a new beginning filled with love and joy.
